喷雾干燥广泛应用在化工、食品、生物、制药等工业,特别是食品加工业,如奶粉、饮料粉、淀粉等加工过程中,喷雾干燥利用干的热空气将微粒子化的液体瞬时脱去水分,得到干粉。

高压喷嘴——作为喷雾干燥的关键点
在大豆蛋白喷雾干燥行业,一般使用压力式的喷雾方式,其原理是将液体经泵加压到喷头部分,在喷出喷嘴后压力瞬时降低,液体达到微粒化,这时和经过加热的干空气接触后进行热交换,蒸发水分。
根据客户的需求,改变喷粉条件如雾化方式、时间、压力、温度、工艺设备可以改变产品的粒度、密度、颜色、风味,从而获得不同性能的产品。
喷嘴应用
• 不同的蛋白厂使用的干燥塔需要选择不同型号的喷嘴;
• 一般每把喷枪上安装4-8个喷嘴,喷雾形状:扇形;
• 喷嘴材质:碳化钨,使用压力26-35Mpa;
使用压力越高,喷嘴爆裂情况就越多,使用寿命就会越短,需要的更换喷嘴的时间就越快,对正常生产会造成一定的影响,作为一个易损耗配件,喷嘴的好坏直接影响喷雾干燥后产品的品质。

注:
由于大豆蛋白粘度较高,蛋白粉极易吸潮,干燥过程中塔壁极易粘粉,需要及时清扫,一般可以建议使用喷嘴进行清洗。

High pressure nozzles - as a key point in spray drying
In the soy protein spray drying industry, pressure-based spraying is generally used. The principle is that the liquid is pressurized by a pump to the nozzle section and the pressure is instantaneously reduced after spraying out of the nozzle and the liquid reaches particulation, at which point it comes into contact with heated dry air for heat exchange and evaporation of water.
Depending on the customer's needs, changing the spraying conditions such as atomization method, time, pressure, temperature and process equipment can change the particle size, density, colour and flavour of the product, thus obtaining different properties.
Nozzle applications
- Different types of nozzles are required for different drying towers used in different protein plants.
- Generally 4-8 nozzles installed on each gun, spray shape: fan-shaped.
- Nozzle material: tungsten carbide, operating pressure 26-35Mpa.
The higher the pressure, the more nozzles burst, the shorter the service life, the faster the time needed to replace the nozzles, which will have a certain impact on normal production, as a wear and tear accessories, the nozzles directly affect the quality of the products after spray drying.

Due to the high viscosity of soy protein, protein powder is very easy to absorb moisture, the drying process of the tower wall is very easy to stick to the powder, need to be cleaned in time, can generally recommend the use of nozzles for cleaning.
