急冷塔采用迈德乐前端雾化AirMin喷枪可以更好的提高烟气冷却效率减少消耗,AirMin喷枪的三级雾化原理使其做到超细雾化,能充分与高温烟气充分接触换热,并在短时间内蒸发迅速带走热量,使烟气温度急速下降从而抑止二噁英的产生。

Gas cooling spraying solution
In the hazardous waste incineration system, the dumped hazardous waste is mixed uniformly by the overall rotation of the furnace and moves in an inclined direction towards the discharge end. The furnace is equipped with a secondary combustion chamber, where the waste is decomposed and gasified in the rotary kiln to produce combustible gases, which are completely burned in the secondary combustion chamber.
The 100°- 800° high temperature flue gas from the waste heat boiler is reduced to less than 200° or lower in the rapid cooling tower. After passing through the atomizing lance, the cooling water is atomized into fine particles which are in full contact with the high temperature flue gas for heat exchange and evaporate in a short time to quickly take away the heat, causing the flue gas temperature to drop rapidly and preventing the re-generation of dioxins at 500°-300°.
The three-stage atomization principle of the AirMin lance makes it possible to achieve ultra-fine atomization, which is in full contact with the high temperature flue gas, and evaporates in a short time to quickly take away the heat, causing the flue gas temperature to drop rapidly and thus suppressing the production of dioxins.
